Chahat Fateh Ali Khan, the renowned Pakistani internet singing sensation, has once again ignited the online world with the release of his eagerly awaited anthem for the ICC World Cup 2023 in India.

This viral artist, whose real name is Kashif Rana, renowned for his hilarious songs, took to his social media platforms to release his latest creation.

In the video, Chahat Fateh Ali Khan himself takes centre stage, dancing and passionately repeating the lyrics, "Jeete Gye Bi Jeete Gye," signifying the belief that the Pakistani team will excel in the World Cup.

As the song unfolds, the lyrics shift their focus to Pakistan's upcoming match against Australia, invoking a sense of faith with the words "InshAllah Jeeteingay" (With the grace of Allah, we shall win).

The video quickly went viral, eliciting a wave of reactions from netizens nationwide. While many commended the artist's unwavering support for the national team and applauded his creativity, others had mixed feelings about his music.

Remember, Chahat Fateh Ali Khan first gained prominence when he lent his voice to the anthem of the eighth instalment of the Pakistan Super League (PSL8).

It must be noted that British Pakistani Chahat Fateh Ali Khan was once a first-class cricketer in Pakistan.

According to the details, he had played two first-class games for the Lahore region in the Quaid-e-Azam trophy season 1983-84. He had scored 16 runs in three innings.

Later on, he moved to the United Kingdom in search of a better future. He also played club cricket there for 12 years.

In one of his interviews, Khan claimed that Pakistan's former Test cricketer Aaqib Javed played under his captaincy during school cricket. He was highly trolled for his statement.

"I selected Aaqib Javed in the cricket team of the government school of Sheikhupura. He played under my captaincy," he said in an interview with Geo News.
